Delivery Methods and Costs

Posti Parcel Locker
Your order will be delivered to a Posti parcel locker. Delivery costs €5.90. Orders over €100 qualify for free delivery.
If the order is too large for a parcel locker or the locker is full, Posti will redirect the delivery to the nearest Posti pickup point or another parcel locker. The order will also be redirected if the customer has an active Posti redirection service.
Parcels are stored in the parcel locker for seven (7) days, after which they are returned to the sender.

Posti Pickup Point
Delivery to a Posti pickup point costs €5.90. Orders over €100 qualify for free delivery.
Parcels are stored at the pickup point for seven (7) days, after which they are returned to the sender.

Posti Home Delivery
Home delivery costs €9.90. Orders over €200 qualify for free home delivery.
Posti will contact the customer when the order is ready for delivery. Delivery will be attempted for up to seven (7) days, after which the parcel is returned to the sender.

Budbee Box Parcel Locker

Your order will be delivered to a Budbee parcel locker. Delivery costs €5.90. Orders over €100 qualify for free delivery.
When your order arrives, you will receive an SMS with a code to collect the parcel from the locker.
Parcels are stored in the parcel locker for three (3) days, after which they are returned to the sender. You can purchase additional storage days in the Budbee app.

Budbee customer support is available via the tracking link, the in-app chat, and by email at support@budbee.com.

Budbee Home Delivery

Home delivery costs €9.90. Orders over €200 qualify for free home delivery.

Budbee home delivery is available in selected postal code areas in the following cities:
Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Kerava, Järvenpää, Tuusula, Tampere, Ylöjärvi, Nokia, Pirkkala, Turku, Kaarina, Raisio, Lahti, Jyväskylä, Vaasa, Joensuu, Kuopio, and Oulu.

Budbee delivers to home addresses on weekday evenings between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Home delivery is not available to business addresses.
When choosing home delivery or a parcel locker, please provide your phone number so you can receive SMS notifications as the delivery time approaches. The message includes a link to track and modify the delivery and to add delivery instructions (e.g., door code, ring the doorbell, or knock). You can also manage your delivery via the Budbee mobile app.

You will receive a message when Budbee receives your parcel from the online store and when a delivery date has been scheduled. On the delivery day, you will receive a more precise one-hour delivery window, as well as a reminder approximately 10 minutes before arrival.
You can also choose to have the parcel left outside your door; in this case, you will receive a photo of the delivered parcel from the courier, and the order will be marked as delivered.

We deliver orders only within mainland Finland.

Matkahuolto Parcel Locker

Your order will be delivered to a Matkahuolto parcel locker. Delivery costs €5.90. Orders over €100 qualify for free delivery.
To collect your parcel—whether from a parcel locker or a pickup point—you will need a pickup code. You will receive the code via SMS, a notification in the Paketit app, or by email. Some outdoor lockers operate only with the Matkahuolto Paketit app and a Bluetooth connection.

If you are unable to collect the parcel yourself, you can share the pickup code (received via the app or SMS) with another person, who can collect the parcel on your behalf using the code. As a registered customer, you can also find the pickup code on the Matkahuolto website under your incoming parcels and, if needed, order home delivery for a parcel at a pickup point.

When using the Matkahuolto Paketit app, you will receive a push notification immediately when the parcel arrives. You may also receive an SMS later, but the app is the fastest way to stay updated and allows you to track the parcel in real time.

You can purchase additional storage time or home delivery for your parcel in the Matkahuolto Paketit app by opening the shipment details. Payment can be made easily using your preferred payment method, such as MobilePay. You can also share the pickup code with another person; no power of attorney is required.
If the parcel is stored in a parcel locker, extending the storage time is not possible.

Delivery to a PostNord Parcel Locker

Your order will be delivered to a PostNord parcel locker. Delivery costs €5.90. Orders over €100 qualify for free delivery.
PostNord delivers your online store order quickly and securely to the nearest service point or parcel locker.

PostNord has approximately 2,600 pickup points in Finland, located for example at K-Market, S-Market, R-kioski, and Lidl stores. PostNord Lähibox lockers, which operate via a mobile app, are also available outdoors, for example at housing complexes.

When the parcel is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification via the mobile app, SMS, or email. If you use the PostNord app, you will receive the arrival notification as a push message, and no separate SMS will be sent. You can track the parcel’s status throughout its journey in the app.

The arrival notification includes instructions for collecting the parcel and provides the required PIN code. The PostNord Lähibox locker opens directly via the PostNord mobile app, and no code is required.
