Installation guide

Confirm Bennet trim tab compatibility
Kit fits standard Bennet trim tab mounting patterns. Measure your existing actuator mounts before ordering — most Bennet patterns are covered.

Remove hydraulic system
Drain hydraulic fluid (proper disposal). Disconnect lines at pump and at actuators. Remove pump from engine bay, remove hydraulic actuators from tab plates.

Install LENCO actuators
LENCO actuators bolt to the same holes as Bennet. Use the supplied stainless hardware with marine sealant on bolts.

Run wiring to helm
Wire from each actuator back to a central junction, then to the helm switch. 16 AWG wire is sufficient; protect with conduit through bulkheads.

Test full range
At the helm switch, run tabs full UP and DOWN both port and starboard. Should hear actuator hum, see tab movement. Adjust limit switches if needed.
