Installation guide

Choose mount type
Deck-mount: bolt through-base directly to deck. Pedestal-mount: install on standard Ø73 mm post. Pedestal suits boats with flexible seating layout.

Drill through-bolt holes
4 bolt locations on the base. Drill through deck, use stainless backing plates underneath.

Bed in marine sealant
Apply marine sealant (3M 4200 or A-Tec) around each bolt hole to prevent water ingress to deck core.

Tighten cross-pattern
Hand-tighten in cross pattern, then snug with wrench. Don't over-torque — plywood compresses.

Annual care
Rinse with fresh water, mild soap if dirty. Cover off-season to extend vinyl UV life from 5 to 10+ years.
