• Engine: Designed for easy access to power and lubrication systems, sea water pump, and air filter, simplifying maintenance. Equipped with safety stops for low oil pressure and engine or exhaust gas overtemperature. Features a double vibration damping system and easily replaceable oil and fuel filters. Includes an oil drain pump for convenient servicing.
• Alternator: Synchronous, 2-pole, brushless, self-excited and self-adjusted with weatherproof epoxy-resin coating on rotor and stator. Dynamically balanced rotor with H insulation class. Safety stop protects against coil overtemperature.
• Soundproof cabinet: Built with a self-bearing frame of aluminium profiles and lightweight marine-grade 5754 aluminium alloy panels, offering outstanding weather resistance. Provides excellent internal access for maintenance, even in confined spaces.
• Cooling system: Combines air/sea water exchanger for efficient temperature control, ensuring optimal generator performance regardless of onboard room temperature. The engine uses a coolant closed circuit controlled by a seawater/coolant heat exchanger, while alternator air is cooled by a seawater/air heat exchanger for enhanced reliability.
• Control unit: Equipped with an InteliNanoNT MRS 3 control panel (118x118mm) featuring IP65 protection, offering intuitive and durable operation.
