4" smallest (kayaks, RIBs), 5" mid-size, 7" the sweet spot, 9" biggest. Bigger = better but more cost.

Pick cv vs sv
cv (ClearVü): under-boat scanning. sv: adds side-imaging (perfect for finding fish out to 30 m on each side).

Pick transducer included or not
7sv has a no-transducer variant for users who already have a compatible Garmin transducer.
