Installation guide

Disconnect manual pump
Close the seacock. Remove the existing manual pump assembly from the toilet base, retaining the bowl and seat.

Mount the conversion motor
Bolt the motor + macerator assembly to the toilet base using the supplied hardware. Verify alignment with the inlet and discharge ports.

Reconnect hoses
Reattach 19 mm inlet and 25 mm discharge hoses with two stainless clamps each. Use sanitation-grade hose only.

Wire to control panel
Connect 12V supply through the included 20A fuse to the motor. Mount the included control panel within reach of the seat.

Test
Open the seacock and run a full flush cycle. Verify the macerator runs smoothly and water flow is consistent. Check all connections.
