The SuperFlow smart autoclave is a variable-speed 5-chamber diaphragm pump available in 12 V and 24 V configurations, designed to supply up to four onboard fixtures simultaneously. An integrated electronic speed controller adjusts motor output to match actual demand, eliminating flow pulsation and reducing energy consumption.

Use cases

Multi-fixture freshwater
Supplies up to 4 onboard taps simultaneously — galley sink, shower, washroom basin and head — without flow pulsation. Ideal for cruising boats with multiple users.
Quiet liveaboard operation
Variable-speed motor runs only as hard as needed. Significantly quieter than fixed-speed pressure pumps — important when running water at night in a sleeping cabin.
Pressure pump retrofit
Drop-in replacement for older fixed-speed pressure pumps. Eliminates pulsation, reduces energy use and removes need for accumulator tank in most installations.

Installation guide

1
Choose dry, vented location
Mount the pump in a dry, ventilated locker close to the freshwater tank to minimise suction lift. Allow access for periodic filter cleaning.
2
Select hose fittings
Use 3/4″ (19 mm) hose for inlet and outlet. The kit includes a straight connector, a 90° elbow, a 1/2″ threaded fitting and an inline filter with quick-connect — choose the combination that fits your routing.
3
Install inline filter on suction side
Always fit the included filter on the inlet (suction) side, between the tank and the pump. This protects diaphragms and valves from debris and tank sediment.
4
Wire the pump
Run a dedicated DC circuit from the battery: 12V pump (16.515.12) draws up to 10 A — fuse at 15 A; 24V pump (16.515.24) draws up to 5.5 A — fuse at 10 A. Connect through an accessible switch.
5
Prime and test
Open one fixture, then switch the pump on. The variable-speed controller adjusts automatically — no manual pressure switch tuning. Verify quiet operation, leak-tight fittings, and consistent flow at all fixtures.
