Installation guide

Choose the right version

Use Classic for most manual conversions (rubber impeller, simplest design). Use Evolution if your toilet uses 50.245.12 / 50.246.12/24 mechanical parts — Evolution reuses them for smoother operation.

Match voltage to your boat

12V kits (50.209.12/13) draw up to 15A peak, fused at 25A. 24V kits (50.209.24/25) draw up to 7A peak, fused at 12A. Run a dedicated wire from the battery.

Disconnect the manual pump

Close the seacock. Remove the existing manual pump assembly from your toilet base — retain the bowl, seat and through-hull fittings.

Bolt on the conversion kit

Mount the new motor + pump assembly to the existing toilet base using the supplied hardware. Verify alignment with the inlet and discharge ports.

Wire the control panel

Connect the included push-button control panel between battery and motor, observing polarity. Mount it within reach of the seat.

Test

Open the seacock. Run a full flush cycle and verify smooth operation. The pump is self-priming up to 2 metres — no dry running allowed.
